• Documents used for visa application
o Fill out the online visa form Click here by selecting "General Visa Application". All required visa forms are required and then print the visa form.
o Original passport Must be at least 6 months old before the expiration date (If there is an old one, please attach it)
o Two 2-inch color photographs up to 6 months old (white background)
o Copy of house registration and ID card
